What Working at Visible Hands Looks Like
We are a young organization. That means things are not perfectly polished yet โ but it also means you will have real influence over how we grow, how we care for clients, and what kind of workplace culture we build together.
We are committed to treating our care staff with the same dignity and respect we ask them to extend to clients. We are honest about expectations. We create space for caregivers to raise concerns and have them taken seriously.
We are building a team that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve.
"The quality of care a client receives is directly connected to how valued and supported the caregiver feels. We take that seriously."
